Was supposed to come to this hotel at the beginning of May but unfortunately they canceled it due to the covid 19 I was told by booking.com that I could not change my booking but I would have to have a refund I contacted the hotel and they said I would have a refund within 14 days,after 14 days I was told it would take 28 days and then I was told it would take 60 days after 60 days I’ve had enough, Then I phone the hotel once more and said if I wasn’t going to get a refund I will take him to small claims court , finally after that conversation I got a full refund ,95 days later and several conversations with the hotel and at least nine conversations with Booking.comMore than 3 months and still have to receive my refund...Hotel was paid in advance, Supposed to be there for end of May for 2 nights, Cancelled due to Covid, Hotel was closed for end of May and still is closed including up to today, Was told via email I had the right to be refunded, From 22nd April when cancellation happened, was told 14days for refund, then told 30days, then 60days and then 90days. The only down fall with this hotel is there’s no free and we paid 500 pound for just one night so to be told when we arrived we had to pay more for the parking was disappointing also the lady at the reception was very unprofessional she left us stood at the desk for a good 10 mins before making eye contact with us and checking us in when we asked her where the parking was she jus shrugged her shoulders .. and was told be her to jus drive around .. on the plus the side the manger was quick to rectify it and offered us fee parking . Very poor customer service for a big company....This a very beautiful hotel the rooms and the view are amazing ..
