One of my all time favorite pancake recipes I love freezing pancakes! 1 personally i haven’t tried it but i think it might work if you add 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal and 1/4 cup extra almond milk to the blender.That happened to me too when I tried chia eggs, darn it! I used half recipe and frying pan instead of griddle.. does that make a difference?
